Makes you feel you’re on vacation - even if you’re not This provided me with an oasis on a grueling trip. Breakfast is included - at the cafe next door. Good egg cheese croissant. And a pretty good brownie. (Though people with peanut allergies need to ask questions first!)

I loved every bit of my stay at this property! From free airport pickup to meeting friendly staff, squeaky clean rooms, strong and reliable wifi connection, and breakfast served at a cafe' next door. To add to the above, a Debonairs Pizza joint is right opposite the guest house, and banks and ATM services also easy to access.

A Wonderful Stay With Superb Staff I arrived in Addis to find my hotel had double booked my room. I was stranded and late for meetings. I quickly booked Victoria GuestHouse and within minutes it was confirmed. When I arrived after a long day of meetings the staff were so welcoming and helpful, even sending a driver to collect me. The room was faultless and cleaned meticulously every day. The staff were on hand 24/7 to call a taxi/food/offer recommendations.
